This is a three-day course where students who are new to the practice will be introduced systematically to the practice of basic yin poses, breathing, and micro-movements. It is a practice inspired by Chinese ancient Qigong, Taiji, and Energy Movement of various martial arts. The focus of the practice will be to use poses to create more space and increase the volume of the tissues. It will encourage more blood and body fluid to penetrate the tissues to enable the cultivation of tissue elasticity. This is an energy cultivation movement accompanied by fascia release practice. We welcome all beginners to join us in this course.
