I've been following Victor since 2016. I'm teaching Yin Yoga at the gym. With this lockdown condition we couldn't teach and meet my members and for quite sometimes I also didn't regularly practise. 1st week doing zoom class with Victor was quite tough but after the 3rd week I felt something changing in my body and I could feel the opening happening slowly in my joints especially my shoulder, lower back and going down to tibia. It's really beneficial practice ❤
I have been participating all three weeks on zoom including the lecture and it has been a good journey for mind and body, and sometimes challenging. Thank you for the teachings so far!
Practicing Yin Yoga with Victor always challenges me. It is a continuous evolving practice. Having it available online allows me to attend without traveling to see him.
I have participated in all of Victor's online zoom classes to date and appreciate revising the yin practice from the basic level. His instructions are very clear and he offers variations to the poses. Each week I look forward to building on the previous week's practice and by incorporating Victor's teachings I am gaining deeper awareness of my physical and energetic bodies. In gratitude.
I want to thank Victor for the online classes in the last few weeks. I found my body alignment starts to reshuffle. I used to have hamstring attachment and IT band injury issues from yoga practice, on top of scoliotic spine problems (largely asymptomatic) since young. The hamstrings attachment issue and IT band issue were bothering me. Now using Victor’s method the hamstring attachment issue is gone as the hip flexion has improved. I think the tissues start to move to the correct places and the practice can be more focused on breath and internal energy.

In medical science, scientists discovered Circadian Clock in the body. This is a natural rhythm of the body based on sunlight. Similarly, TCM more than 2000 years ago already documented this as the meridian clock. In the Yellow Emperor Inner Classics, it was mentioned that there are four seasons in a year and four seasons in a day. They are time specific. This denotes that certain functions of the body governs the operation of the entire body during those times. In this workshop, we will go through a relaxing meridian practice to uplight our yang energy and followed by lecture on the meridian clock in 24-hour cycle. This workshop will help you to plan your life in a 24-hour cycle based on the meridian to optimise your success in life and to uplift your emotions.
