This is a practice-focused series of classes where you will be introduced to fundamental introductory Yin Yoga poses. The practice will start off with pelvic alignment, hips and lower back and work up your spine to help improve digestive functions and boost your immune system.
Practice 1 – Hips, Knees & Ankles

Practice 2 – Spine & Digestive Functions

Extend Your spine and release tension in the abdomen. Great for improving digestion as you will be working the stomach and gall-bladder channels.
Practice 3 – Immune System & Taoist Six Healing Sounds
Sunday, 1 March 2020, 14.00-17.00
Raise the immune system of the body by working with Healing Sounds of Taoist root. These sounds bring balance and harmony to the body.
