This is a practice-focused series of classes where you will be introduced to fundamental introductory poses. The practice will focus on pelvic alignment, hips and lower back. It will begin with the ankle and move up to the pelvis to synchronise the joints of the legs. It will also focus on creating more release and tightness of the lower body to provide more mobility. You will also receive techniques on yin breathing and how to create fluidity of the tissues.
Suitable for anyone interested to deepen their Yin Yoga practice.
