This programme is intended for people who are keen to understand more about Buddhism and receive spiritual coaching based on Buddhist Philosophy.

This is a journey for anyone who would like to incorporate Buddhist Philosophy with Yin Yoga practice. In this retreat, you will be experiencing two powerful sessions of yoga everyday with lectures given by Buddhist Scholars and Precious Teachers from Bhutan. This allows you to truly immerse yourself with the practice to highten your exploration in the spiritual path. Yoga is a journey of transformation and it has to begin with our mind. This will be a life-changing experience for anyone who attends this retreat.
 
Tentative Itenerary
27 May
Arrive Bangkok and stay for one night. All participants will meet at Bangkok.
 
28 May
Depart from Bangkok to Paro, Bhutan.
 
28 May - 3 Jun
Stay at Paro Nak-Sel (The Forest Bouqtiue Hotel & Spa) for Yin Yoga & Buddhism Retreat. This year special invitation guest buddhist teacher will be Khenpo Phuntsok Tashi, Director of Paro Musemum and Buddhist Teacher.

Depart for Bangkok, Thailand.

Depart to Wangdi & Punaka for sight-seeing. Punaka Dzong is one of the most important and holy place for Bhutanese as the leader who unite Bhutan, Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyal (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shabdrung_Ngawang_Namgyal) Rinpoche's body is in this temple. This temple also house the most holy relic of Shabdrung Rinpoche's Guru. Along the way, we will have panick lunch is scenic places along the rivers and be one with nature of Bhutan.

On the way back to the capital city of Bhutan, Thimphu. We will visit Tango Monastery where the founder of Paro Tiger Nest Temple is reincarnated. He is one of the most inspiring reincarnation of BHutan as he can vividly recall his past lives when we are still a young boy of about 3 - 4 years - Gyalsay Tenzin Rabgyal. Visiting Thimphu (captial city of Bhutan).

Walking up Paro Takstang (Tiger Nest Monastery). This is one of the most holy site of Bhutan where Guru Rinpoche - the founder of Buddhism in Tibet had visited and done many pujas and meditation practices. Highly blessed and venerated place. A high powered site.

    Victor is a well-known Yin yoga teacher in Asia who has led many yoga training and retreats in the Himalayan.
    He has so far conducted 5 Yin yoga retreats in Bhutan and Nepal since 2005.
    In these retreats participants will develop a deep appreciation of Bhutan's history, cultural, its people and extraordinary scenarios.
    Besides sharing Yin and Yang yoga, Victor will also teach basic Chinese medicine on well being and Buddhist meditation.
